About Us

Jason was born on February 23rd, 1972 in Nashua, NH the son of Gene and Lu Duval. Jason was one of 4 children and grew up in Nashua attending public schools here. Jason graduated Nashua High in June of 1990 and set off in a sales career after a short time in photography. He started sales first in commissioned retail then in telemarketing. Jason learned early that a person doesnít care how much you know until they know how much you care. This philosophy has helped to propel Jason to great heights in all of his endeavors.

Since becoming a Realtor, Jason has achieved rapid success with over $3,000,000.00 in sales in his first year and over a dozen transactions. Jason has also been recognized as a top producer being honored as a member of the ERA Masiello Leadership Circle of Excellence in 2003. Jason believes that his innovative thinking and aggressive marketing approach give him the advantage that is needed to fully capitalize on todayís market and achieve the results that sellers and buyers demand in a Realtor. Through his continued commitment to education within the real estate profession, Jason has been awarded the professional credentials of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and e-PRO. Jason is also a member of the Merrimack Chamber of Commerce.
